Acko is hiring for the role of Content Designer / Strategist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Writing copy for various platforms like WhatsApp, app UX, emails, and push notifications.
• Collaborating with product teams and designers to create go-to-market plans and strategies.
• Using AI to enhance work efficiency.
• Working with the performance marketing team to create Google display, Meta, SEM ads, and digital campaigns.
• Understanding the What, Why, When, and How of information.
• Refining your ideas through user testing and research to ensure they solve genuine user problems.
• Your work will help millions of customers find the answers they need when they need them. You’ll be challenged to wear several hats: writer, creative problem solver, user advocate, and sometimes even data analyst

Requirements:

• A love for the written word
• Impeccable grammar

• An impactful and diverse portfolio
• 3-6 years of copywriting experience
• A strong sense of narrative structure
• The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Figma and Google Suite
• Inquisitiveness, initiative, and good judgment

• The ability to work on a project from idea to launch
