Content Creator Job in Delhi at BOI Services

BOI Services is hiring for the role of Content Creator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and publish high-quality, original content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media posts, videos, podcasts, infographics, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform content creation
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Ensure all content is optimized for social media (SMO) to increase visibility and engagement.
• Engage with the target audience through comments, messages, and other forms of communication to build relationships and foster engagement
• Work with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure all content aligns with the organization’s overall strategy and messaging
• Manage and maintain content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of content
• Stay organized and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in content creation, or related field
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practices, including SMO and analytics
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools
•  Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
