Talent Inc. is hiring for the role of Content Copywriter!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Manage a robust monthly project load, helping to craft top-quality resumes, CVs, and other career documents for a diverse range of clients.
• Interact with clients by email and over the phone to address concerns, deliver revisions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment/Customer Care and Service Delivery and standards teams to identify and respond to client escalations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in writing-intensive discipline (humanities, English, journalism, etc.).
• Working knowledge of business culture and terminology.
• Advanced MS Word proficiency required; strong ability to use and troubleshoot Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs, file converters, and other applications preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and strong writing and editorial skills.
• Fluent in written English; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. 
• A quiet place to complete work, free from distractions.
