Content Coordinator Job in Noida at Shiv Nadar Foundation

Shiv Nadar Foundation is hiring for the role of Content Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Works closely with the content team and other stakeholders within the organization.
• Provide eLearning market research on the latest tools and developments.
• Designing questions, adaptive assessments, and personalized lesson plans.
• Creates new resources and interactivity suitable for the K12 level.
• Review and edit manuscripts, storyboards, audio, and video scripts.
• Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
• Work on creating guidelines and set processes for zero-error content creation, and setting QA/review processes.
• Planning and managing creative content production pipeline using project management tools, essential documentation, and necessary reporting.
• Interacting with the tech and product teams to suggest product features, try different teaching strategies, request specific data points as feedback, and make sure the product aligns with our vision for education.

Requirements:

• Project management experience with great written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Hindi and English language skills, copy-editing, and proofreading experience.
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Fluent in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• eLearning/ EdTech/ educational publishing experience.
• The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
• Instructional/Learning/eLearning design experience.
• Experience with Math/STEM content or a related background.
• CMS experience
• 3+ years of full-time experience developing/editing/producing educational test-preparation content.
