London Stock Exchange Group is hiring for the role of Content Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain Exchange Traded Instrument data including real-time, Reference, and End of day pricing data for Derivatives in the database.
• Adhere to all efficiency, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Handle customer queries within the Exchange Traded Instruments Department.
• Validate the accuracy of data received from various sources.
• Develop expertise in data-related issues.
• Build knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
• Deliver projects efficiently.
• Ensure information is stored in databases and accurately reflected on products by performing data quality checks and standards.
• Ensure the quality and timely production of financial information to products.
• Respond to data queries and provide highly accurate data to clients.
• Analyze client cases to identify patterns and proactively improve data accuracy.
• Consolidate information around datasets to establish standard processes.
• Monitor market events to anticipate changes in financial instruments and take action efficiently.
• Improve usage of available tools to maintain or improve content quality during daily operations.
• Mentor and train analysts on data issues, databases, and products.
• Run automated or semi-automated checks to ensure accurate data is provided to clients with high-quality content.
• Work on simplification and innovation.
• Support specific projects as assigned by the manager.
• Implement change control procedures, data operations standards, and current data policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Possesses good financial market knowledge
• Knowledge of Refinitiv products
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be open to working in shifts
• Have required Excel and VBA knowledge
• Graduate/Post-Graduate, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or any other equivalent experience
