HSBC is hiring for the role of Contact Centre Representative GSC’S!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries.
- Maintaining the highest standards of audit and compliance requirements.
- Acquiring a detailed understanding of the process design and to be able to exceed SLA standards.
Requirements:
- Good keyboard/typing familiarity.
- Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Flexibility around rotational/split week-offs
- Minimum 10+2(mandatory) + Graduates from all streams can apply.
- Engineering/Technical candidates with relevant customer-centric experiences only can apply
- Min 6 months of experience. Customer-centric experience can be an added advantage.
- Right to work in India is required. Local employment rules and restrictions apply.
- Knowledge of procedures related to relevant processes.
