Kotak is hiring for the role of Consumer Durables Team Member!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand of Unsecured SME Business (Business loans) with ability to create programs, automation/parameterization using digitized data from different sources
• Analyze and derive insights from the reported data for sharing with Risk, Credit and Business teams
• Ensure reliability, integrity, and consistency of reported and underlying data
• Conceptualize & formulate risk strategies & policies for BL and preferably for working capital
• Support building score cards with Analytics teams
• Design and implement Business rule engine enabling real-time decisions
• Prepare and submit reports to the regulator and/or senior management on a periodic and ad-hoc basis
• Work with (gather, consolidate, prepare, summarize) large data sets on a routine basis with an eye for detail and flair for numbers

Requirements:

For fresh CA:

• SAS/SQL/R/Tabeleau skillset preferred for portfolio analysis including scorecard validations, multivariate portfolio & customer segmentation,
• Above average to advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of financials, ratios, and cash flows

For Others:

• 3 and 7 years of experience in a Bank/leading NBFC/Fintech in the areas of unsecured SME Risk analytics, credit monitoring, risk reporting
• Must have high levels of analytical skills and strong communication skills
• Able to work with cross-functional teams on various projects/risk-related deliveries
