Adobe is hiring for the role of Consulting Services Sales Acct Manager 4!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

  • Position Adobe Consulting Services as a trusted advisor in the Enterprise Customer Journey and develop a strategic partnership between Adobe and its Customers.
  • Partner closely with Sales support (solution and business architects) to ensure strong discovery sessions, compelling customer proposals, and recommendations.
  • Experience working within matrixed teams to identify, detail, and close consulting engagements that bring to bear an enterprise-level SaaS offering.
  • Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gaps.
  • Help customers understand Adobe’s capabilities and the transformative power of digital marketing through Adobe solutions.
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
  • End to End support and management of the RFX process including Solutioning, Pricing, and Proposal management.
  • Should be open to work during US business hours.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies
  • In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, e-commerce, DAM, Mobile strategies, etc.)
  • 4 to 7 Years of relevant experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization.
  • Well-versed with at least one of the Adobe DX solutions like Adobe Target, Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce, and Workfront.
  • Ability to rapidly assess Customer environments from a business process, organizational, and technological perspective, and optimal communication opportunities for growth.           
  • Strong drive to solve customer problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals
  • Balance of business and technology acumen, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create precise observations, analyses, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time.
  • Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing disciplines
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
