Requirements:

• At least 2 - 5 years of work experience in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Proven experience managing and supporting a cloud-based HRIS system, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Time Off / Time Tracking / Benefits
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows
• Strong understanding of data management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a Global Capability Centre environment (GCC) in India is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
