Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop strategies for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent.
• Optimize recruitment processes and use data-driven approaches for better decision-making.
• Provide expertise on employer branding and candidate experience.
• Conduct assessments of employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to improve workplace culture and employee retention.
• Implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.
• Analyze organizational structures and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate change management processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Must be certified in Workday modules (HCM + anyone from these: Absence, Compensation, Time tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting)
• Should have a minimum of 1-2 Years of Workday Implementation and/or Support experience
• Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of solutions according to customer requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
• Hands-on experience of configuring the Workday system is REQUIRED
• Understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use of the methodology in the implementation of Projects
• Strong functional knowledge of workday business processes
• Knowledge of workday tools like EIBs, Advanced loads, migration recipes, configuration packages, etc
• Basic knowledge of Workday security
• Prepare end-user documentation or training materials as needed
• Analyze Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients' existing configuration
• Must be able to resolve incidents and cases and provide production/warranty support
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Self-motivated and able to learn quickly through individual research and self-training
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
