Deloitte is hiring for the role of Consulting - BO-Cloud Engineering - Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the Agile development team in the adoption and consistent application of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
• Support and empower the development team, enabling them to self-organize and collaborate effectively.
• Create an environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and problem-solving.
• Work closely with the product owner, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment on cloud migration goals and priorities.
• Help prioritize migration tasks based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and best practices for cloud migration.
• Assist the team in adapting Agile practices to suit the specific needs and challenges of the cloud migration project.
• Monitor and report on the team's progress and performance, using Agile metrics and cloud migration-related reporting tools.
• Collaborate with the team to set and achieve sprint goals, ensuring timely migration.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team and facilitate regular retrospectives to identify areas for enhancement in cloud migration processes.
• Help the team implement improvements and track their progress.
• Identify potential risks and issues related to the cloud migration project and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that potential roadblocks are addressed promptly.
• Foster open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders throughout the cloud migration project.
• Ensure that collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners is effective.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments, with specific experience in cloud migration projects.
• Strong proficiency in Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and cloud migration concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and reporting tools.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including cloud architects, system administrators, and security experts.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
