WTW is hiring for the role of Consultant - Work & Rewards!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Financial:

• Leading marketing and account management activities to meet business development and
  Revenue targets
• Developing and executing industry research and business development plans by identifying key
• Working closely with others to assist them in implementing business plans that achieve profit 
  And revenue goals through both sales and consulting activities
• Assessing the marketplace for client opportunities, then nurturing qualified leads into profitable
  New business wins.
• Representing Willis Towers Watson in the marketplace through varied public relations Initiatives that build a strong brand image for our consulting business and support thought Leadership.

Excellence:

• Managing large and medium-sized projects paying strict adherence to strong project
  Management and meeting client requirements.
• Understanding key areas of work across job evaluation, executive compensation, rewards survey offerings, etc., and delivering high-quality work independently and/or with others in the team.
• Focusing on quality through checking/reviewing work done by others.

People & Clients:

• Collaborating with others by conveying ideas, issues, and information in a fluent and logical
  Manner and provide constructive peer feedback.
• Mentoring junior members of the team in areas of client management, business development
  and delivery of projects.
• Developing competencies in rewards areas to support a broad scope of projects.
• Supporting others on projects/bids to formulate unique approaches to solve their business
  problems.
• Building positive relationships with clients/ prospects through work interactions.

Requirements:

• At least 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in business management or human resources
• Demonstrated ability in selling and delivering across most areas of rewards i.e. data, rewards design, executive compensation and job evaluation
• Demonstrated ability in developing and participating in business presentations
• Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
