FICCI is hiring for the role of Consultant - Social Media and Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Communication Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to promote TechEquity's objectives and initiatives.
  • Craft clear and compelling messaging to convey the platform's mission and impact to various stakeholders.
• Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media, maintaining a positive and informative online presence.
• Marketing & Outreach:
  • Create an outreach strategy to take the TechEquity Platform to millions of women in G20 nations by leveraging multi-stakeholder partnerships including but not limited to national and state ministries, industry bodies, multilateral organizations, universities and Self-help groups.
  • Plan and execute offline marketing strategies like conferences, webinars, and informational spaces to increase visibility and awareness.
• Content Creation:
  • Produce high-quality written content, including articles, blog posts, press releases, and newsletters.
  • Create eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media and promotional materials.
• Audience Engagement:
  • Identify and engage with target audiences, traditional media partners, and influencers to expand TechEquity's online reach.
  • Foster meaningful online discussions and engagement within the tech community.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Analyze social media and communication performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to make data-driven improvements.

Requirements: 

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive content
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Proficiency in video filming and editing
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Excellent presentation skills
