Consultant - SFDC Technical Support Job in Bangalore at KPMG

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Provide functional leadership and best practices on the SFDC platform, including core SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities
• Consult with business stakeholders on new solutions and assist in the implementation of these solutions on the SalesForce platform
• Consult with users to optimize their business processes and lead the CRM group meetings to drive business priorities
• Provide support to ensure normal system operation troubleshooting production issues and problems
• Monitor system operations, recommend improvements, and manage user acceptance test planning for the execution of critical CRM projects
• Make recommendations on improvements to the user experience and increase system adoption
• Partner with functional experts from across the business to build requirements/user stories
• Communicate release and functionality status, issues, risks, and plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's  in Computer Science, Business, Education, Information Systems, Technical, Business/Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, Technology
• Good BA skills
• Good exposure to Salesforce.
• Very good at communication
