AON is hiring for the role of Consultant/Senior Consultant - Human Capital Consulting!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

  • Foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints.
  • Fulfill client requests in a timely manner and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership within the industry through content development, research, marketing events, and other activities.
  • Produce timely articles, white papers, and participate in roundtables and client events.
  • Focus on client sales opportunities (both hunting and farming).
  • Understand client requirements, explain the proposed solutions, and customize them based on client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline from Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 B-School or Master's from an international college.
  • 1-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong HR COE or consulting experience in areas like compensation & rewards, job evaluation, leadership development, performance management system design, competency framework design, etc.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solution Thinking: Independent, proactive mindset with creative thinking for designing solutions.
  • Interest in Diverse Areas: People interested in topics ranging from macroeconomics to MCU (Multiple Career Units).
  • Data-Driven: Creative data enthusiasts who enjoy solving complex problems.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Ability to engage clients effectively, with sharp analytical skills and storytelling abilities.
  • Willingness to Travel: Openness to travel as needed.
  • Expertise in various HR advisory areas such as compensation and rewards benchmarking, incentive design, executive compensation, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
  • Good understanding of industry-specific trends and practices.
