Aon is hiring for the role of Consultant/Senior Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be able to pull deep insights from our data
• Create a compelling project charter that calls out the next steps, expected outcomes, and impacts on clients or internal initiatives.
• Assess the project mid-cycle to assess gaps and needs at the time to review the scope and build a POV.
• Build a network across regions with Aon colleagues and clients to collect and analyze data.

Requirements:

• Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline from Tier 1/Tier 2/Tier 3 B School or Masters from International college.
• Work Experience - 1 - 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong HR COE or consulting experience across Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking, C&B/Incentive Design, Job Evaluation, Organization Design & Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Performance Management System Design, Competency Framework Design projects.
