Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP QM
• Design, customize, configure and testing of PP processes such as Demand
• Management, Repetitive Manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, Plant
• Maintenance Notifications, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, Repairs and so on.
• Experience in configuring and testing, Quality - Planning, Inspection, notifications, Certifications, including
• QA in sales and distribution, QM in production, Inspection pilot processing,
• Results recording, Defects recording, Sample management, Quality
• Information System, Dynamic modification of the inspection scope, Quality certificates, Quality notifications, Test equipment management
• Proactively involve in resolving day to day issues and tickets of support team in PP and QM areas.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team, provide ad-hoc training and user support as required and ensure effective communication with internal as well as customer stakeholders.
