Fractal is hiring for the role of Consultant - Power BI!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions within the CPG/Retail/FMCG/supply chain domain
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights relevant to supply chain operations
• Create data models and perform data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation using Power Query and M or DAX language.
• Optimize and enhance existing Power BI solutions to improve performance, usability, and user experience.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Power BI solutions, including data models, data flows, and report specifications.
• Leverage PowerApps and Power Automate to create efficient and user-friendly applications and automation workflows.
• Utilize Azure services to design and manage scalable data pipelines, ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and storage for various datasets.
• Work with Databricks to perform data exploration and analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends. Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to end-users of Power BI solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min 2+ relevant years of strong expertise in developing interactive dashboards with proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query
• Experience leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of dashboards. Understanding design infused approach to dashboard development will be a plus
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling and database design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data challenges to provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
