Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• SharePoint Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions to meet specific business requirements, including workflows, web parts, site templates, and custom applications.
• SharePoint Administration: Perform day-to-day administration of SharePoint environments, including user management, permissions, and site maintenance.
• Project Management: Manage SharePoint projects from inception to completion, including gathering requirements, creating project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SharePoint solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
• Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint best practices, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the effectiveness of our solutions.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrates deep technical knowledge of SharePoint and related technologies and stays current with industry trends and best practices.
• Client Focus: Understands client needs and delivers solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Communication: Communicates complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identifies issues quickly and develops innovative solutions to address them.
• Project Management: Plans and manages projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Understanding of database management systems, such as SQL Server.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
