Concentrix is hiring for the role of Consultant I, Compensation!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Changing compensation and restructuring in line with company policy and norms.
- Developing macros/excel-based tools to enable automation of compensation program execution.
- Conducting ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
- Performing multifactor data and cost analyses that may be used for compensation planning; Analyzing, reviewing, and recommending changes to compensation programs and policies.
- Using various methods and techniques and making data-based decisions on compensation.
- Managing salary structure creation and Salary benchmarking.
- Analyzing and MIS/Reporting - preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handling employee’s queries.
- Raising change requests in the system and publishing dashboards.
