Kroll is hiring for the role of Consultant I - Agency and Trustee Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Data input and maintenance on a proprietary loan administration platform
• Monitor the Data services inbox for receipt of documents and queries.
• Collaborate with various teams within the organization to understand data flows and processes.
• Ongoing maintenance of Lender/Borrower contact static set-up in LIQ and other systems.
• Manage any ad-hoc tasks and ensure completion within the expected TAT.
• Functional knowledge of Loan IQ and Lending Domain is a plus.
• Knowledge of building different types of payment instructions on the Loan IQ application.
• Static set up of remittance instructions, customers and performing callback to confirm the payment details of borrower/lenders.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance or relevant experience
• 2-4 years of experience in Lending operations and Audit confirmations
• Knowledge of Loan IQ is essential
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and data management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
