BCG is hiring for the role of Fractal Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Expert level credibility to our cases and business development opportunities and continue to build our Global Advantage Fractal practice as part of the team.
• You will have demonstrated deep experience in planning and executing complex organizational transformations across clients.
• Support the team to further build the Fractal Advantage, define and drive the project approach, and manage day-to-day client interactions
• Ensure the quality of the work, relevance of the synthesis, and recommendations. Challenge the work in progress and the results; reorient the work approach and analyses as needed
• Actively support proposal creation and presentations: provide content expertise around specific topics for the relevant business development work

Requirements:

• At the Expert Consultant level, you would need 3 to 6 years of relevant experience from top international firms or top-tier consulting companies, startups
• Middle management position preferred (or entrepreneurial experience)
• Experience in devising, and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions
• Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a demanding environment
• Exceptional drive and commitment to striving for excellence
• High level of adaptability to a frequently changing professional and social working environment
  Willingness to travel according to business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Passion for planning and executing complex transformations across companies
• Bonus: Additional relevant experience with organization design (Role of local teams, central teams and regions)
• Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
