Deloitte is hiring for the role of Consultant - EC - Consulting - Human Capital - HRT!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention of exceeding client expectations.
- Be responsible for implementing the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of work experience in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Proven experience managing and supporting a cloud-based HRIS system, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time Off/Time Tracking/Benefits
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and workflows
- Strong understanding of data management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a Global Capability Centre environment (GCC) in India is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
