Consultant Database Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is hiring for the role of Consultant Database Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare, complete, update, and maintain profiles on databases for all CC&L Financial Group investment affiliates and strategies; this involves working closely and collaborating with subject matter experts from all business areas.
• Establish and conduct an audit program to periodically review the accuracy of information appearing on databases.
• Review existing processes for supporting databases and make recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
• Complete surveys and questionnaires from clients, prospects, consultants, and other external audiences. 
• Assist with preparing and maintaining various reports and files required to support the database process.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or similar and a genuine interest in the investment industry.
• 2-3 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success
• Time management, project management, and attention to detail are some of the skills required to be successful in this role
• Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate yourself clearly and work well with others to resolve complex issues.
• Strong team player and committed to contributing and supporting a team of like-minded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
• Possess a positive attitude and be an enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience working with Mercer, eVestment, Cambridge, Morningstar or Wilshire is an asset.
