Consultant - Data Analyst Python Job in Noida at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Consultant- Data Analyst Python!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Solve business problems using advance data analytics tools like Python, R and GenAI solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automations.
• Identify use cases to suggest solutions. Interact with client to understand requirements.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog for development and implementation of automation solutions.
• Fix bugs and enhance existing automation solutions.
• End-to-end project management including day-to-day delivery, reporting, escalations etc.
• Stakeholder management – Collaborate with client, tech teams and Genpact stakeholders to achieve project objectives. 
• Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end user for any data related requests or service issues.
• Be able to work in high pressure environment.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• MBA / M. Tech(preferred)
• Agile Certified – good to have
• Should have prior experience in Data analysis and automation
• Strong Excel & VBA skills are a must
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python is a must
• Should have a working knowledge of GenAI
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Spotfire or other visualization tools are an added advantage
• Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
• Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables
• Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
• Process orientated awareness of Lean Six Sigma
