Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Abstracting details form various contracts as per the client's specification.
• Reviewing huge volumes of complex contracts with the highest productivity and accuracy.
• Identifying and assessing the impact of the application of review guidelines on contracts.

• Fresher /Experienced with prior 6-month LPO experience in contract abstraction.

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform well under stringent deadline pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, and Outlook) and contract management systems
• Completed LLB or LLM
