Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, priorities, and risks.
• Build strong working relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a trusted partner.
• Work closely with senior consultants to identify key insights, develop presentations, and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Independently analyze defined problem areas and synthesize findings to highlight key takeaways.
• Lead internal and client meetings, contributing to project management and execution.
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and thought leadership.
• Receive mentorship from consulting leaders to foster professional growth and career development.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management.
• Experience managing client relationships or internal stakeholders.
• Strong logical reasoning, structured thinking, and numerical analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).
• Eligibility to work in the country of application and obtain travel visas as required.
