Capgemini is hiring for the role of Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Define and implement quality processes across various project lifecycles (Dev, Maintenance, Transformation, Improvement, Innovation)
• Analyze service contracts, SOWs, and scope statements to identify quality, risk, and compliance requirements
• Build process awareness within engagements through training, workshops, and template guidance
• Conduct periodic audits of processes, QA, compliance, metrics, and risks, aligning with client expectations
• Identify and facilitate improvement initiatives with measurable benefits (e.g., incident reduction, FMEA effectiveness)
• Prepare monthly reports on performance, findings, recommendations, alerts, and inferential analysis
• Ensure project readiness for internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field + relevant quality experience
• 2+ Years of proven experience in implementing quality frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Delivery Excellence)
• Sound knowledge of project & service management, Agile, and ITIL frameworks
• Extensive experience in process definition and implementation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
