Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee computer systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to system alerts and escalate issues as needed.
• Execute scheduled backup and recovery tasks to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Create and update system and operational manuals for future reference.
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and connectivity to identify and resolve issues affecting system performance.
• Implement and maintain data security measures, including user access controls, password policies, and encryption, to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
