Compliance Specialist Job in Bangalore at Novo Nordisk

Novo Nordisk is hiring for the role of Compliance Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Establish processes to validate the effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required
• Carry out a wide range of assignments primarily related to conducting adherence to Novo Nordisk policies and local regulatory frameworks for affiliates and production sites worldwide, as well as in our headquarters
• Liaise with multiple affiliates across geography to coordinate compliance alerts, perform root cause analysis, identify areas of concern, and develop, discuss, and implement mitigation plans
• Develop close associations with affiliates and production sites across the globe to help them address compliance-related issues
• Compile and present periodic reports to both internal and external stakeholders on global trends and benchmarks

Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years of professional experience in Compliance Monitoring from a global organization/consulting firm or similar.
• Undergraduate candidates with B.Com, BBA and postgraduate candidates with M.Com, MBA from finance background would be ideal.
• Great stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
