Fampay is hiring for the role of Compliance Program Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist the team in handling various projects as per business requirements
• Implement all policies necessary for the functioning of a regulated entity
• Work with the project lead through the process of deployment, execution, and follow-through. The project will involve identifying timelines, scope, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Closely work with the product, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth implementation of all policies and projects.
• Leading the auditory work of the regulated entity with external auditors
• Develop and maintain relationships with external resources including third-party vendors

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of working experience in a relevant role
• Experience interning or working in a bank, NBFC, or an entity regulated by the Reserve Bank of India
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong first principles approach
• Successful collaboration and reporting with all stakeholders including management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of policies necessary for the functioning of a regulated entity
