Total Marketing Support Limited is hiring for the role of Compliance Officer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Check and validate Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Pull together weekly and monthly compliance reports.
- Maintain organization through housekeeping and ad-hoc reports.
- Work with teams to update LockIT/Mtivity 2 and other systems as required.
- Ensure all activities remain compliant and up to standard.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Strong ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Natural communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams.
- Proactive attitude and quick learning ability for new systems.
- Focused on delivering reliable and accurate results.
