- Hold on to the contract employees
- Time-office working expertise
- Employees Master data handling
- Contract employee's Payroll Handling
- All Contract compliance working
- Updated on The Factories Act 1948
- Other governments return filing etc.
- Employees engagement
- Facing the Audit (External as well as internal)
- Facing External or Local Issues
Requirements:
- Expert in Labour Law & IR(ER) & soft skill (MS-office)
Preferred:
- MLS (Master in Labour studies) (MH Gov. Labour Ministries lead Institute)
