LeadSquared is hiring for the role of Compliance Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Working towards ensuring implementation and audit clearances towards SOC2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, GDPR, etc.
• Manage and enhance the entire supporting documentation.
• Help our customers with security questionnaires and discussions.
• Drive customer and third-party information security audits.
• Monitor and ensure org-wide compliance with applicable security standards and other best practices.
• Perform regular internal audits and gap assessments, and work with respective teams towards the closure of all gaps.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience implementing ISMS and SOC2.
• Sound knowledge of security certifications and standards such as ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ITIL, SOC, etc.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/ CLIP certification is mandatory; Other security certifications will be an add-on.
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and training skills.
• Must have outstanding communication skills (English).
• Experience in Risk and Incident management.
