Allegis is hiring for the role of Compliance Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collect and analyse supplier on-boarding documentation for contingent workforce to determine compliance with standards
- Manage and prepare audits and reports
- Maintain and send quarterly program compliance summaries to Program Office
- Provide guidance and expert advice to Program office, suppliers, or other groups on how to resolve non-compliance issues
- Verify that worker documentation on file for each program is accurate and compliant
- Conduct onboarding, supplier, and program specific audits to ensure processes are compliant with standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in compliance auditing and risk management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong documenting and reporting skills
- Functional computer/technical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to successfully interact with Customer and supplier representatives
