Sattva Consulting is hiring for the role of Compliance Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Operate within Sattva’s scope of compliance products and services
- Further Develop internal capacity i.e. systems and processes,and external partnerships as required, to deliver this
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in law (LLB) from India. Any allied qualifications such as Company Secretary or certified CSR Specialist or a diploma in corporate law (is a plus)
- Has working knowledge of Companies Act and CSR Law
- At least 1 year of concurrent work experience in any of legal consulting/ advisory, management consulting, project management within corporates/ social enterprises/
- Has been part of a team and is comfortable taking the lead and a backseat as the situation demands.
