Complete Care Storage Engineer Job in Pune at Hewlett Packard Enterprise

HPE is hiring for the role of Complete Care Storage Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide remote technical support for HPE storage products (3PAR StoreServ, Storage Arrays, Tape Libraries, EVA, MSA/NAS, StoreOnce, VLS, ESL/MSL, Backup Software, SAN switches)
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote access
• Understand storage fundamentals, RAID, and SAN concepts
• Prioritize issues based on business impact
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams
• Document incident resolution processes and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Work in a 24/7 shift environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 12 months of experience in storage support
• Strong understanding of storage technologies and protocols
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment  
• Certifications in HPE Storage technologies (preferred)
