About this Job

JLL is hiring for the role of Executive Compensation Analyst.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Conduct benchmarking to analyze executive compensation trends and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with Rewards and Exec Comp team to develop and implement executive compensation strategies and programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate executive compensation proposals, including base salary, annual incentives, equity programs, and long-term incentives.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations on executive compensation matters to support Compensation Committee agenda
  • Assist in the creation and update of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation, such as SEC disclosures and IRS regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support for executive compensation initiatives, including data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Partner with external consultants to obtain market data and assess compensation practices of peer organizations.
  • Assist in the development of executive compensation communication materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in executive compensation best practices to suggest improvements and keep the organization competitive. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a focus on executive-level compensation.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation programs, including base salary structures, bonus plans and equity-based incentives.
  • Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and compensation governance principles.
  • Understanding of 10K, Proxy statements, Compensation, Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) section of financial reports
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in MS Excel and data modeling.
  • Ability to effectively analyze, interpret, and present complex compensation data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management and other stakeholders.
