Infosys is hiring for the role of Compensation and Benefits Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short-term incentive programs, policy formulation across group entities.
- Linking compensation with organizational performance, management of large-impact reward programs, financial impact analysis and scenario-building, digitization for improved program implementation, benchmarking reward programs with market intelligence.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements.
- Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues with high complexity.
- Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation programs / processes.
