- Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a compensation-focused role.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Experience with Restricted Stock Units.
- Previous experience using Workday Payroll.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel proficiency or other modeling tools
- Strong human relations, organizational / time management, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
- Prior global payroll experience in a company with +2,000 employees with preference given to publicly traded companies.
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
