Community Manager Job in Gurgaon at India Accelerator (Co-Working & Cohort)

We're looking for an energetic, friendly, multi-skilled Community Manager to join us; provide a fantastic working environment for our members and drive operational efficiency!

Role:

• A Community Manager is the primary point of contact for the community and acts as the “face” of India Accelerator. The role incorporates online tools and in-person networking to create relationships and ultimately build the company’s brand, both online and offline.
• Keep the front office tidy and presentable with all necessary material
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails, keep updated records and files
• Monitor office supplies, expenses and costs
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Responsible:

• Creating a welcoming and collaborative community environment among members
• Ensuring that your facility is operating at optimum efficiency and processes are running smoothly
• Manage visitors, line up and conduct tours for potential members
• Work on community initiatives to develop connections between members Manage communications (print & digital) for the IA community
• Resolve member issues and space concerns
• Answer “walk-in” members and guest questions or redirect queries to the right person
• Carry out end-to-end event management basis requirements (IA events) and assist members with their initiatives
• Manage controls & checkpoints for members and staff to ensure a smooth running centre
• Be a happiness advocate for our members and a brand ambassador for IA socially
• Responsible for Center occupancy.
• Daily follow-ups on prospect leads and convert them.
