Innovaccer is hiring for the role of Community Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Community Engagement: 
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the user community. 
    • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for community members. 
    • Organize and manage online forums, AMAs, and live discussion sessions. 
    • Plan and coordinate offline community events for networking and learning. 
  • Content Creation and Management: 
    • Collaborate with product managers, product marketing, and clinical transformation teams to produce relevant content. 
    • Manage a content calendar, including blogs, FAQs, and public-facing roadmaps. 
    • Generate ideas and oversee the publication of community-focused content. 
  • Stakeholder Coordination: 
    • Align with internal stakeholders to ensure community activities are in sync with company objectives. 
    • Act as a liaison between community members and Innovaccer’s product team. 
    • Collect feedback from community members and relay it to relevant teams for product improvements.
  • Metrics and Reporting: 
    • Track and report on community engagement metrics. 
    • Analyze user feedback and engagement data to improve community strategies. 
    • Prepare regular reports on community activities and their impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 2 years of experience building or growing online communities. 
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to community building. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Experience with online community platforms like Discourse. 
  • Proficiency in using tools like Zoom for online events. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage content creation and publication. 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on engagement metrics. 
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus.
