Involve is hiring for the role of Communications Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, audience-driven content, including posts, graphics, and short-form write-ups for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
• Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and posting content, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Caption Writing: Craft compelling captions that align with Involve’s tone and mission, making our stories more relatable and impactful.
• Basic Graphic Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus).
• Trend Research: Stay updated on digital trends and suggest innovative content ideas to improve engagement.
• Content writing: Assist in writing newsletters, and other communication materials as needed.

Requirements: 

• Understanding of visual design. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop etc
• Should be able to record and create high quality video content (skills in tools like InShots and other video editing software)
• Should have an interest and understanding of social media strategies
• Willing to collaborate across teams in the organization to best capture the essence of our work
• Strong time management and planning
• Commitment to learning
