Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Communications Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with other Communications Consultants, form owners, and business channels to create, revise, customize, and maintain forms
• Serve as liaison to various corporate groups and third-party vendors for forms administration, publishing, printing, and distribution
• Responsible for forms-related problem resolution and service-level oversight
• Maintain accurate project information in the SharePoint master forms repository, project database, and server archives
• Responsible for following Forms Administration Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all forms are accurate and consistent
• Strong prioritization and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and changing environment
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Pro
