Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs that will equip sales team members with effective communication skills
• Evaluate training needs and develop strategies to address identified gaps
• Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop training plans
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to sales team members
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales team members to ensure continued growth and development
• Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in sales communication techniques and incorporate best practices into training programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales training, or a related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Experience with designing and delivering training programs
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
