Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the franchisee business.
• Identify and evaluate potential franchisee opportunities in the commodity industry.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with franchisees, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring their success and growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to franchisees to drive improvement.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum X years of experience in business development or sales in the commodity industry.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a franchisee business.
• Strong understanding of commodity markets and pricing dynamics.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
