Egnyte is hiring for the role of Commission Financial Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Leading the subject matter expert on sales commissions and accounting treatment of contract costs under ASC 606.
- Partnering with Sales operations and Order-to-Cash process owners to drive the enhancement of sales data integrity to support commission process automation and reporting.
- Managing the computation of commission payout for the sales organization on a monthly basis.
- Managing the computation of commission payout along with reconciliation of commission accounting.
- Responsible for operating the reseller commission program as well as the partner royalty program for uniform reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Must have experience with sales compensation management software Xactly. (Experience with other software is SFDC, NetSuite, and Database is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a growth mindset.
