Commercial Finance Analyst Job in Gurgaon at BT Group

BT Group is hiring for the role of Commercial Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify, quantify, and assure financial risks
• Support bids requiring Finance DOA sign-off
• Generate bid profit and loss statements along with cash flow analyses for complex bids under £5m value
• Drive support process automation and optimization of manual tasks associated with the handling of large volumes of data from multiple different sources & driving supporting initiatives that improve the underlying processes for Commercial & Bid
• Drive commercial awareness and behavior: Foster commercial awareness and behavior across the business unit

Requirements:

• Graduation /Post Graduation /Further qualification to support specialism (.e.g. CA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Demonstrate successful business partnering experience owning relationships at a senior/mid-level internally with Finance Managers & Business Partners
• Strong communicator with the ability to present ideas to senior managers
• Working across a wide range of teams and stakeholders to align plans and deliver business outcomes
• Communication & influencing: Pragmatic team player, adept at holding others to account
• Collaborator: An ability to work with globally matrix-managed cross-business teams to complex and multi-phase solutions
• Financial & commercial acumen: high financial literacy to create and evaluate commercial bids
• Outcome orientation: this role requires a strong orientation towards outcomes, combined with a willingness to disrupt
