Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Executing learning needs identification framework and prioritize needs for Commercial units, commercial areas.
• Developing/sourcing appropriate blended interventions (including customization to CU / cultural requirements) suitable to different levels and roles in the commercial organization and deploying through the commercial organization.
• Designing interventions to drive a mindset and culture of high-performance and data-driven decision-making across the commercial organization.
• Preparing of Training Calendar for respective Commercial Unit.
• Rolling out XCEDO curriculum for TBM, CAM & CM
• Building a robust follow-up mechanism.
• Making changes in the curriculum & developing modules as per business needs.
• Developing and rolling out modules as per the need of the specific Commercial area or for the identified group.
• Coordinating and organizing the AARAMBH program for new joiner orientation.
• Ensuring CU Induction training as per guidelines.
• Training & ensuring adoption of Digital Transformation Initiatives.
• Partnering with HR to implement strategic initiatives.
• Partnering with CU Leadership to implement CU-specific initiatives.

Requirements:

• University degree (Masters or equivalent)
• Knowledge of agribusiness and strong experience working across large stakeholder networks to deliver solutions
• Ability to lead and influence across senior leadership
• Strong Result and Process excellence Mindset to drive results, introduce programs, and focus on continuous improvement
