Collections Team Leader Job in Uttam Nagar at Secure Debt Management Consultant LLP

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of collections agents.
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Set individual and team targets aligned with departmental goals.
• Manage team schedules and workloads to ensure optimal productivity.

Collections Operations:

• Monitor and drive collections performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Handle escalated collection cases and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDCPA, GDPR).
• Implement and monitor call quality and compliance standards.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze collection trends and recommend process improvements.
• Provide feedback to senior management on potential risks and opportunities.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure a customer-centric approach while recovering debts.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes efficiently.

Process Improvement:

• Identify gaps and implement strategies to improve collection effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Finance) to optimize processes.
